Pneumatic Manifold & Resin Infused 3d Prints
PurdueIEEE ROV wanted to develop a pneumatics systems for use in the MATE international ROV competition. The Integrated manifold was modeled to support any number of valves we could need, and was tested via resin infusing 3d prints. These prints were able to withstand high frequency switching at at least 120psi.

POE Camera Subsystem
Our camera subsystem was recently moved over to POE, running over a waterproof ip68k rated cable and powering a local SBC in order to capture the camera feeds. This required extensive testing to ensure good signal integrity while minimizing bus bandwidth across half a dozen cameras.
Each camera has its own transcoding server to provide the same feed in a number of different codexes, resolutions, bandwidth caps, and frame rates.
